You may have previous experience of working in a service driven industry like retail, hospitality or contact centres and thrive in high volume environments. You are comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and programs. A proven ability to meet or exceed targets would also be advantageous.
A day in the life
Here at Civica, we are bringing our Melbourne contact centre to Regional Victoria, with the exciting opportunity to work as the first point of contact within our Fines Victoria customer service team. This role will provide a hybrid of in office support in our Geelong Office and work from home opportunities. No need to commute to the city, we are bringing our Office to youOur Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers at Fines Victoria who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines.

Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day.
This permanent, full time role includes 6 weeks of classroom and on the job training and provides you an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be providing high-level support to customers, ensuring queries are responded to in a friendly and efficient manner.
