**The Company**
An established and reputable Property Advisory agency based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, they are a small and collaborative teamwork with a strong client base across Melbourne. They have developed a strong name in the market for servicing clients and covering all their residential property and investment needs.

**The Role**
This role reports to the Property Director and will provide further development if needed. The focus is to evaluate investment and owner-occupied properties which meet the specifications of the client and agencies' guidelines within their assigned territory. Role includes base salary with generous commission structure, ETA $90k plus.

The Responsibilities include:

- Search for properties within your territory for evaluation that meets the company’s and client’s selection criteria
- Research property values and prepare a portfolio of properties prior to entering presentations, negotiations for purchase, evaluation, or other transactions
- Facilitate open for inspections, attend the auction, bid at auctions on behalf of clients, and negotiate the purchase on behalf of clients and arrange property inspections
- Assist the Client Liaison Coordinator and property management team with setting up external property management with the management of investors by providing a high level of care with their properties and portfolios.

**Skills & Experience**
- Some experience in real estate sales, Agents Rep Certificate is essential.
- Passionate about property and understanding the needs of your clients and able to provide strong excellent customer service to build strong relationships
- Sound planning, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a small team
