Product Manager Scientific Instrumentation

This role focuses on ensuring DKSH Australia implements & maintains strong and sustainable client relationships through the delivery and management of product information to the Australian Scientific Instrumentation team and its customers.

**Key Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Meet key suppliers regularly to establish and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Completion and submission of tenders for Industrial Science instrumentation by liaising with clients, sales manager, and business manager.
- Prepare and report as per the client and INS business requirements. This includes regular business activity reports to existing key clients including updates to sales activities, marketing events, and forecasts.
- Submit all expense claims in line with DKSH policies.
- Plan, working with all departments to execute, and focusing on existing customers and target customers to address the Total Market Opportunity.
- Work with the Sales Team to define market trends by anticipating, identifying and analysing emerging trends and market needs / opportunities.
- Provide input to the global product team in line with these trends to introduce new products and ensure the portfolio is meeting local market needs and opportunities.
- Complete the onboarding process for all new approved clients including parts creations, part updates and organising training for the sales team.
- Manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture all relevant sales and marketing information in the CRM system (actively & regularly utilise SFDC database to plan & record all key activities as required)
- Ensure travel costs are minimized where possible when performing product demonstrations, attending seminars, exhibits and other trade / marketing events.
- Ensure all Australian regulatory requirements where applicable (EMC Register, XRAY, TGA, AICIS) are kept up to date in order to sell these products in Australia.

You have proven sales experience within a high-performance culture and demonstrate strong client management and understanding of clients' industry/business/products. You must establish a deep understanding of the industrial Science market and customer needs and clearly communicate product strategy to the Instrumentation Business Manager and Sales Manager. You must have a Tertiary qualification in science, business (or equivalent) or experience in related discipline and Minimum 5 years’ experience working in customer sales or service role(s

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
