Lead the development of the strategic Portfolio plan throughout ANZ and liaise closely with sales, marketing, and service to successfully execute the plan. Understand market conditions, competitor activities and customer need to position your products and achieve overall sales and portfolio targets.

Manage all aspects of key instrumentation client relationships including flow of information to DKSH employees as well as regular client reporting requirements.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Achieve budgeted GM1 growth targets for relevant clients.
- Review business and marketing/sales plans in coordination with clients and management and BDM team to achieve annual sales targets, overall business objectives and profitability.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and product demand forecasts and oversee stock inventory to ensure optimal supply and that it remains within the contractual agreement whilst balancing aged and excess inventory.
- Manage new sales initiatives, product launches, including product launch plans with parts creations, price positioning, sales training etc.
- Completion and submission of tenders for Industrial Science instrumentation by liaising with clients, sales manager and business manager.
- Monitor and review sales trends in collaboration with the sales team and recommend marketing activities to achieve portfolio targets.
- In conjunction with the Applications Specialist and with Client support, plan and conduct product training to equip sales team with the necessary technical expertise to sell the products.
- Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth. Assess portfolio gaps and recommend new target clients in conjunction with BD team.
- Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans.
- Work with the Applications Specialist to support product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with service, sales and other colleagues to address any issues that may arise

You have proven sales experience within a high-performance culture and demonstrate strong client management and understanding of clients' industry/business/products. You must establish a deep understanding of the Material Science market and customer needs and clearly communicate product strategy to the INS Business Manager and Sales Manager. Previous experience in a Product Management position and experience working within the material science industry (with good working industry knowledge)

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
