Conexson is now hiring **Disability Support Workers in Burpengary, QLD (4505).**

We are looking for Disability Support Workers in Burpengary, QLD with experience in **hoisting **and **catheter care**.

**Shifts are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. **Can range from 2 hrs - 6 hrs per shift.

Your role as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) revolves around providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, implementing individualized care plans, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate documentation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficient in manual handling techniques
- Having PEG feeding expertise is a plus.
- Possession of a NDIS Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Paid Experience
- Proof of Working Rights (AU Birth Certificate/Passport or International Passport)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $72.56 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
