**About the Role**
As a **Demand Control Manager**, you will be responsible for **managing short-term demand forecasts** over a 13-week horizon to optimise accuracy and customer service levels. You will work closely with **sales, operations, and supply chain teams** to align forecasts, manage product availability, and minimise risks related to excess inventory and write-offs.
This role is **highly collaborative**, acting as the key liaison between **sales and operations** to ensure supply chain efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.
**Responsibilities**
- **Monitor and refine short-term demand forecasts** to improve accuracy and customer service levels.
- Collaborate with **sales and supply planners** to manage forecast changes and mitigate risks.
- Lead the **inventory management process**, ensuring efficient stock allocation and minimising write-offs.
- Manage **product life cycle updates**, including new product introductions and deletions.
- Administer and maintain **forecasting tools (SAP BW)** and key reporting metrics.
- Provide **regular updates and analysis** to support decision-making across the supply chain.
- Act as the **primary point of contact** between sales and operations for supply chain coordination.

**About You**
You are a **detail-oriented and analytical professional** with:

- Experience in **demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management**.
- Strong **collaboration skills**, with the ability to influence across sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Proficiency in **SAP BW and forecasting tools**.
- Ability to **analyse data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement**.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a **proactive approach to managing inventory and demand fluctuations**.
