**About Us**:
In addition to 99 Bikes, our Group owns Advance Traders, a bicycle distributor importing popular brands such as Merida, Norco, BMC, plus many more. Together we form the Pedal Group and this integration has underpinned our growth and given our people much greater career opportunities.

For instance, someone who started as a bike builder in a shop went on to become GM of our UK operation. Another of our Melbourne high achievers wanted to move to Canberra so we opened our first store there and she is now ACT State Leader of three shops. We build our business around our people, promote from within wherever possible, and have numerous training pathways to help them achieve their potential.

We are also very committed to balancing purpose with profit. Since 2017 we have donated the value of 1 % of our annual wage bill to charities chosen by our employees, including the RSPCA, Beyond Blue and the Children’s Cancer Institute. **About The Role**:
This role involves dynamic retail marketing, is hands-on and is centred around driving sales, engagement and awareness with our existing Club 99 membership and future customer base across Australia and New Zealand.
- Implement multi channel marketing campaigns for product and brand promotions
- Collaborate with brands such as Merida, Wahoo, Garmin + more on cooperative promotions
- Provide marketing support to our 70+ local store network with campaigns like New Store Openings, Super Weekend Sales and other promotions
- Create on-trend content across our social media channels to increase engagement and following
- Produce post-campaign reports based on channel results & actionable insights to inform future campaign approaches
- Lead impactful internal communications about marketing campaigns and performance, addressing challenges and offering solutions
- Analyse and report on marketing initiatives across the channel mix to continuously improve our marketing effectiveness

**To Be Successful In This Role You Need**:

- Demonstrated and proven achievements in marketing or a similar field
- Ability to lead multiple projects with multiple stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
- Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Sharp eye for detail and proven ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines
- Past history demonstrating honesty and reliability
- Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning
- Make impactful contributions to the marketing team and wider business culture
