**About the role**:
As a **Partner Integration Specialist**, you’ll work closely with partners to guide them through technical go-to-market deployment, product onboarding, and integration, ensuring they’re fully set up and getting real value from our solutions.
You’ll also:
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Onboarding teams to deliver seamless partner onboarding experiences;
- Provide expert guidance on product integration, data migration, and technical deployment strategies;
- Conduct product certifications as part of partner GTM processes;
- Troubleshoot and test partner integrations, escalating technical issues as needed;
- Facilitate partner training, workshops, and requirements gathering;
- Maintain accurate documentation and support partner configuration efforts;
- Act as a key feedback loop between partners and our Product & Professional Services teams to drive continuous improvement.

You’re a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for delivering smooth, efficient integrations that drive real value. You thrive at the intersection of technology and relationships, excelling at translating complex requirements into seamless solutions. You're energised by collaboration, take pride in technical delivery, and are driven to build strong, lasting partnerships that lead to long-term success.
You will also bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or integration role;
- Comfortable working with APIs and understanding their functional use;.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, you thrive in cross-functional environments;
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting;
- Solid understanding of product configuration and GTM partner integration;
- Experience in data migration and writing queries involving multiple tables and subqueries;
- A genuine passion for helping partners succeed and building strong, lasting relationships.
**Salary**:
- The salary range for this role is $105, 000 - $115, 000 per annum + superannuation + bonus.
- This role could be based at either our Sydney or Brisbane office.
