**About The Role**

Due to continued growth a Sales Development Representative is needed to prospect, engage and qualify clients in order for the Sales team to conduct product demonstrations to onboard customers on to the platform. These roles are offered on an initial 6 month basis with the view to permanency.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team.
- Working with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to grow lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Maintain CRM meticulously and ensure that all information is conveyed to the sales team correctly in timely manner

**What You will Need**
- Expeirence in outbound sales or outrech/prospecting
- Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly
- Fantastic organisational and time management skills
- Someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast paced, start up environment
- Understanding or awareness of HR Saas/technology platforms is preferred, but not essential
