**About the role**

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our digital specialists to drive effective media buying strategies, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure seamless execution of the digital media plan, manage campaigns, generate post-campaign reports, and identify opportunities for optimising digital media efficiency and success, ultimately driving a high return on investment (ROI).

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Providing day-to-day support for the Social and Programmatic Manager across programmatic buying, online video and social media buying.
- Execution of digital display and online video campaigns in Google Marketing Platform and social media campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Supporting strategic marketing initiatives and providing feedback to key stakeholders.
- Execute the digital media plan across key platforms.
- Ensure media deals and optimisations are effectively delivered on.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of media spend data across all digital media channels.
- Monitoring of media spending to agreed budget and business goals.
- Reconciliation of media spend against monthly invoices within Youi’s financial processes.
- Capture digital campaign activity, audience delivery and spend in the monthly report.

**About you**
- Passionate about digital media.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent would be highly regarded.
- Experience in digital media and marketing preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver results against competing deadlines.
- Sound working knowledge of digital marketing and marketing principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of various digital marketing platforms and a working knowledge of digital ad specifications and trafficking practices.

- Google Campaign Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Display & Video 360
- Google Analytics
- Google Data Studio
- Google Tag Manager (Highly regarded but not essential)
- Spotify Ads Manager.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- High level of integrity and professional accountability.
- Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities.
- Organised and detail orientated to manage projects with many moving parts.
