We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Producer to join my client's enthusiastic team in the tourism industry. As the Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing the website, driving engagement, and enhancing the user experience to generate leads for the industry. Your expertise in website management, SEO optimisation, and content marketing will be key to the success of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and implement website updates and enhancements to improve engagement and lead generation for our client.
- Own the Sitecore CMS, ensuring business requirements are met, and automation capabilities are maximised.
- Create website and campaign landing pages to support marketing initiatives for our client.
- Manage website assets, ensuring proper tagging and metadata for optimisation.
- Develop and enhance the website to drive online engagement and lead generation for our client.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
- Nurture website users and gather data for future marketing efforts.
- Provide insights to various teams for informed campaign planning.
- Ensure website compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in website management and CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and on-page SEO optimisation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Previous experience in A/B split testing and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of content marketing and web content best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
