**RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER**

Begin your journey wish us as a** Restaurant Team Leader **at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. As a Restaurant Team Leader you will required to ensure the daily tasks of assisting the Venues Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution. The Restaurant Team Leader will be responsible for the front-of-house operations of the Hotel’s restaurant. Along with champion service excellence amongst the front-of-house team and work on the floor 95% of the time. Ensure the outlets achieve a high level of guest satisfaction, revenue, and targeted profit percentages.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- Excellent customer service experience
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Must hold an RSA
- You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience preferably within a high volume environment
