We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our success.

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager at Pappa Flock, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, team satisfaction, and financial performance. You will inspire a culture of excellence and lead by example in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations:

  • Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies.
  • Promote and advertise Pappa Flock's goods and services to increase footfall and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Drive local area marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Lead and train the team in effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Inventory Management:

  • Order stock, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare budgets, forecast sales, and manage controllable costs (labor and cost of goods).

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Food Safety regulations.
  • Maintain Pappa Flock's brand standards consistently.

What We Offer

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours (38 hours per week).
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + Superannuation.
