We are seeking a Customer Operations Assistant with a strong background in administration and customer service.

CRG Plumbing & Maintenance is a family business operating in Campbelltown.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responding to quotations
- Coordinating the flow of paperwork by ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Assisting with invoicing and general tasks
- Responding to general enquiries, providing timeline updates and resolving customer issues
- Compile and prepare reports
- Communicating to clients on behalf of the Operations Manager
- Scheduling trades and organizing weekly job schedule and following up parts and materials lists.

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous Administration experience working in a trade business is Ideal but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Scheduling experience or ability to learn
- High attention to detail
- Full working rights in Australia
- Driver's licence is ideal but not a requirement.

**Desirable**
- Accounts administration or scheduling software experience and relevant knowledge of an accounting package will be highly regarded e.g MYOB,, Simpro

**Hours of Work**:9am -5pm Monday to Friday

**Office Location**:Campbelltown NSW 2560

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $43,983.91 - $76,444.20 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
