**About the Position**:
As an Assistant Manager, you'll need to lead the team by example, by multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work alongside an experienced store manager to achieve KPI's and create strategies to strive for success. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with Fresh+ hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages.

You will also assist the site manager with daily tasks, including:

- Banking
- Invoices
- Ordering
- Stocktake
- Training
- 3+ years of hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a supervisory position is also desirable
- Strong barista skills are absolutely essential as we serve up to 900 coffees a day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills and reliability
- Unrestricted working rights
