We’re a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in the Inner West. We work with real businesses and solve real problems every day.

We’re looking for an ambitious, organised and proactive Operations Manager who is ready to take ownership, drive performance, and help shape how this business scales. You’ll be involved in everything from client onboarding and team management to system improvements and growth projects.

You won’t be a paper pusher. You won’t be waiting around to be told what to do. You’ll come in with ideas and take charge of refining how we operate.

The right person will:

- Take initiative without being micromanaged
- Bring ideas, not just identify problems
- Be happy to jump in wherever needed. From client onboarding to fixing a broken process
- Want to grow with the company long-term (this is a clear path to 2IC/COO, not just another job).

You might be a fit if:

- You’ve got 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or service delivery
- You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in execution
- You don’t wait to be told what to do, you bring improvements and ideas
- You’re adaptable, comfortable jumping into new situations, rolling up your sleeves, and figuring things out
- You enjoy working in a small, fast-moving environment where things change quickly
- You’re motivated by purpose and progress, not just titles and office politics.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing day-to-day operations, rostering, quality control, client support, and staff coordination
- Conducting site walk-throughs, onboarding new clients, and ensuring standards are met
- Supporting and leading our cleaners in the field, ensuring sites are covered and quality is high
- Implementing processes and improving the systems we use every day (scheduling, reporting, communication)
- Solving problems, identifying inefficiencies, and bringing forward solutions, not just flagging issues
- Working closely with the founder to scale the business sustainably.

You’ll get:

- $85-95k + Super + Bonus + Profit Share

You’ll be our first full-time operations hire. That means influence, trust, and responsibility, fast. We’re not hiring for where we are today. We’re hiring for who we want to grow with over the next 10+ years. You’ll help set the standard and shape the company as we expand.

You won’t be writing PowerPoints about things you don’t care about. You won’t be sitting in meetings to prepare for more meetings.

Pay: From $77,844.51 per year
