We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a stunning 5-star flagship hotel, part of an exclusive international hotel group. This is a rare opportunity to manage a talented team of over 20 individuals and report directly to the Executive Assistant Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead the front desk team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Oversee guest check-in/check-out procedures and ensure top-tier service standards.

Manage guest relations, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain high levels of staff training, motivation, and performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Support the Executive Assistant Manager in achieving hotel operational goals.

Proven experience in front office operations within luxury or 5-star hotel environments.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team.
