**Working Hours**:
AM Shift : 5AM to 1PM Flexible hours required ( Managing Transport Driver )

**Summary**:
A Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count products. The operator ensures the efficient and safe handling of materials and adheres to all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) to load and unload palletised stock onto trucks, and to move, stack, and organise products and materials within the warehouse.
- Transport materials to and from storage area, production area, and or cool room.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure proper functioning of forklifts.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed, including manual loading/unloading and packaging.
- Monthly stocktake

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification/license.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (usually 1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy materials (up to 15 KG).
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse, production, or manufacturing facility environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures.
- May require overtime depending on business needs.

Pay: From $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
