**About the Role**:
As a **Team Leader - Retail Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in **driving sales, motivating your team**, and ensuring every customer walks out feeling confident and happy. You’ll support store management, provide expert advice on hair and beauty products, and help create a **vibrant and welcoming atmosphere**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
✔ **Leading and motivating** retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service ✔ Assisting with **stock management, visual merchandising, and store operations** ✔ Providing **expert advice** on hair and beauty products, helping customers find their perfect match ✔ Supporting the **store manager** with daily operations and team development ✔ Ensuring the store remains **fun, energetic, and customer-focused**

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Previous retail experience**, ideally in hair, beauty, or fashion ✔ Strong **leadership skills** and ability to motivate a team ✔ A **passion for haircare, styling, and beauty trends** ✔ Excellent **communication and sales abilities** ✔ A **positive, energetic personality** with a can-do attitude

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
