**About the Role**
Reporting to the Plants Operations Manager, you will work in a process driven wholesale production nursery, supporting the Plants Coordinator and Plants Team Leaders in facilitating daily movement of plants orders to and from Brite. You will be driven by having great attention to detail, taking pride in the tidiness of the nursery and providing excellent customer service. You will be motivated to constantly improve the standard of service provided to our customers.
**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Organise assembly and dispatch of customer orders.
- Process incoming orders, create sales orders and quotes for customers.
- Communicate order requirements and stock availability with customers.
- Organise freight dispatch/delivery documentation and proforma invoices for picked orders.
- Inspect plants that have been selected for customer orders to ensure that they meet quality standards and are correctly labelled, weeded, correct species and form.
- Inspect and maintain contract grown plant stock to ensure quality and availability.
- Work closely with order pickers to aid where required.
- Follows safety policies and procedures and maintains safety standards.
- Organise appropriate equipment and machinery to run production.
- Provide customer service and sales.
- Ensure work vehicles are maintained.
- Assist team with the loading/unloading of work vehicles and ensure that loads are secured correctly and safely.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team KPIs.
- Performing stocktakes as directed.
- Assist with admin, reports, receipts, and paperwork efficiently, accurately and quickly.
- Manage inbound goods and ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the right destinations and in the right quantities.

- Provide production support in other areas of the Plants Department (as required).
**About you**
You are energetic and able to work in a relatively busy warehouse, with the ability to proactively engage with the team. You are organised, ready to take ownership of the role and build sound processes. Above all else, we are looking for the right attitude as well as:
- Hardworking with good listening skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Highly organised, able to work unsupervised efficiently.
- Professional phone manner, good energy, and an enthusiasm to learn.
**Essential to the role**:
- Demonstrated experience in production horticulture, customer service/ logistics.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, MS Office, with computer literacy skills to record and maintain documents.
- Manual Car licence.
- Medium Rigid Truck licence (or willing to undertake training to obtain licence).
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- On-site work required Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
- Experience in similar role (desired).
- Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability Work) or similar relevant qualification (desired).
- First aid certificate (desired).
