- Clerk Grade 5/6
- Temporary, full-time role (6 months)
- Close to Wynyard station & hybrid work arrangements available
**About the role**
**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Providing comprehensive administrative support services such as managing records and databases, coordinating meetings and events and handling correspondence
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues by providing accurate information or escalating concerns when necessary
- Continuously improving office systems, procedures and methods and making recommendations to enhance efficiency and cost management
- Gathering and compiling information for reporting on team and business unit performance
- Guiding and supporting the Administration team throughout the syllabus development process
- Proven experience leading and coordinating administrative teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively
- Excellent communication skills, allowing for clear guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to continuously improving administrative processes
