**Your new role**
**We are actively seeking **an IT Learning Officer** to join our **IT Change & Learning Team.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Creating and editing a range of corporate content, including newsletters, videos, and presentations.
- Taking ownership for key activities, which may include training and team events, booking venues, arranging catering and managing logistics.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of communication and training activities.
- Monitoring and reporting on uptake, usage, and engagement.
- Implementing new initiatives and contributing to service improvement strategies.
- Supporting the IT Change and Learning team with delivering value and impact through strategic projects.

**We are looking for**:

- A strong understanding of strategic communication and experience in delivering communication advice to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and work independently.
- Ability to coordinate events, book venues, arrange catering, and manage logistics.

**Role Requirements**:

- Current working rights that match the tenure of this role. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Willing to undertake a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction.
