**Pacific Energy** is a leading energy specialist servicing mining companies and townships for over 40 years using multiple fuel technologies that include and integrate gas, diesel, wind, solar and battery storage.

As Australia’s largest remote power station constructor and operator, Pacific Energy, our envious in-house capabilities incorporate designing, building, owning, and operating mission-critical remote power facilities under a full turnkey service model.

You will assist with the design and implementation of a new Learning Management System and be responsible for the ongoing administration and maintenance. Essentially, the key focus of the role will be to support the L&OD Manager to develop, review and deliver learning programs across the group as well as support the Talent Pathway Manager with entry level programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecasting, scheduling and reporting on learning and development activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, purchase orders and logistics.
- Routinely generating and analysing training reports.
- Ensuring training opportunities are communicated across the group.
- Accurately updating and maintaining the Learning Management System.
- Maintain and implement the training needs analysis.
- Manage all general queries.

Key experience, qualifications and skills for this role include:

- HR Degree
- Proven experience within a similar role, industrial and corporate experience highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong administrative skills and experience using online training systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing, complex training needs analysis.
- Understanding of legislative, statutory and high-risk work licences and requirement.
