**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document Management**: Organise, file, scan, and print necessary documents, including booklets and instructional materials, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- **Financial Administration**: Process client payments, prepare and send invoices, and manage portal login information, maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Staff Coordination**: Collect and manage monthly timesheets and shift logs from teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Accurately input data into our systems and generate reports as needed.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance office operations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic technical knowledge.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively.
