Architectural Roofing & Wall Cladding has been operating for the past 25 years. A specialist in high-end design, manufacture and installation of copper, zinc and aluminium products, and offices in NSW, VIC, and QLD, we are now in the market for a Workshop Administrator to join our team.
**The Role**
As the Workshop Administrator, the key responsibilities would be all facets of stock & production administration for the Hornsby workshop that manufactures building systems and sales coordination for our rainwater goods and materials department.
- Below is a list of accountabilities and duties but not limited to:_
- Allocation of hours
- Stock and inventory administration
- Reservation & transfer of materials for the use of fabrication
- Quoting, order entry and invoicing with the use of MYOB Advance
- Raising purchase orders for local suppliers
- Assist with walk-in orders
- Monthly statements and reports
**To be considered**
- 3+ years of Administration experience ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Proven record of excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) and have experience in MYOB Advance or similar packages
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
**What's in it for you?**
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 3 years (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
