- General admin / reception duties
- Preparing and processing Time sheets
- Payroll
- Daily reconciling of accounting entries
- Administration work and any other company requirements
- Company secretarial work ensuring compliance with legal obligations for directors and companies with ASIC & the ATO
- Creating and maintaining company systems documentation
- Co-ordinating the onboarding of new team members
- Work closely with the estimating team

**Salary**: $26.02 - $44.80 per hour
