Main Responsibilities- Maintaining efficient workflows in high-demand environments
- Performing various administrative tasks, including client liaison, general enquiries, message relay, email management, patient data updates, service event reporting, referral processing, patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, eMR systems, and data entry software
