**Your new role**

APS5 -Training and Development Coordinator
- Provide support to the broad range of training and development coordination functions
- Coordinate the implementation, facilitation, resourcing and maintenance of training and development programs across the agency ensuring all staff have access to mandatory training and development.
- Provide support to the Assistant Directors in identifying and analysing training and development needs of staff, at all levels, across the agency.

APS6 - Senior Training and Development Coordinator
- Manage the coordination, design, development, implementation, facilitation, resourcing and maintenance of the training, education and development programs across the agency ensuring all staff have access to mandatory training and development opportunities.
- Conduct analysis into the training and development needs of staff, at all levels, across the agency.
- May be required to supervise a team to ensure high quality outputs, including the development of team members, building team capacity and encouraging career development.
