**What we do**
We’re MILKRUN and we’re flipping the grocery game on its head with 10 minute delivery. Yep, you read that correctly.
Get fresh produce direct from Aussie farmers and thousands of your favourite brands at supermarket prices, delivered to your door in 10 minutes or less.
Our superfast riders harness the power of electric bikes to get your order to you in a flash without any impact to the environment (or their quads).
**What you'll do**
- If you think about Supply Chain as a car, the Supply Chain Coordinator is the engine. In this role, you are critical to keeping the Supply Chain team moving.
- Manage the stock ordering and receiving process. Monitor the stock flow and make recommendations to improve by store, SKU, brand, category and supplier level setting the appropriate replenishment parameters.
- Build relationships with and manage key suppliers and order delivery schedules to meet customer demand. You’ll work with the Operations leaders to understand what MILKRUN needs and when.
- Shelf life and expiry monitoring will give you visibility across what our inventory forecasting should look like. Work with Supply Chain leaders to get this as accurate as humanly possible. If it requires a technical solution, help us decide what that looks like.
- Develop weekly inventory schedules evaluating the ordering process from end to end. Place orders in the intervals that keep MILKRUN between the Min/Max Levels.
- Be the first point of contact for requests or challenges in Supply Chain. Troubleshoot what you can and escalate what you can’t.
- Data Entry and product set-up across Supply Chain platforms.
- Work with MILKRUN leaders to create the claims process that ensures the validity of the claims.
**What you'll bring**
- Your superpower is your attention to detail. You are passionate about being organized and accurate when it comes to administration and data.
- You have experience in an administrative or coordinator role in the supply chain space.
- You have mastered the art of communication. You know how to write impactful communication, you proactively inform the necessary people, and you articulate your desired outcomes clearly and succinctly.
- You’re extremely comfortable working towards deadlines and prioritizing. You organize your task list better than most and you know when to call out for help or flag a potentially missed deadline.
- We are a startup which means we don't have it all figured out yet. You're okay with a bit of ambiguity and can adapt quickly when needed.
**How we work**
MILKRUN leaders know what goes into building something magical. Our experience scaling teams at Koala, Deliveroo, Dollar Shave Club, Canva, Amazon, THE ICONIC, SafetyCulture, and Shippit taught us a few valuable lessons.
For starters, people do their best work when they are trusted to make decisions and supported when they make a mistake. We know creating an environment of authenticity and safety means teams focus more on solving meaningful problems and less on masking who they are. We know when you give people ownership and throw equity in the mix you create a flurry of motivation and high-performance. We know first hand how easy it can be to burn out when you’re in the build phase. Mental health and sustainable growth are a daily conversation.
Things happen quickly at MILKRUN. Our pace of working is reflective of our promise to make super speedy deliveries to our customers. Our growth plans are scary big, in a good way. Our investors have some of the deepest pockets in Australia. Want to build something from the ground up with us?
