Job Description Summary

The ANZ Supply Chain Excellence Lead is responsible for developing capability and performance within the Supply Chain functions across ANZ. The role involves analysing supply chain data and metrics, collaborating across different business functions to develop continuous improvement initiatives and leading the implementation of projects intended to develop supply chain capability and improve order fulfilment performance.

**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor, analyze, interpret and report on Supply Chain performance metrics.
- Monitor feedback from BD Commercial stakeholders (via ANZ RAISE), perform root cause analysis of key issues, develop corrective actions, and coordinate and communicate action plans.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team, cross functional departments, customers and Logistics Service Providers, to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with the Regional Supply Chain Project and Process Leaders to understand the pipeline of new projects, systems and tools and lead any implementations within ANZ.
- Provide project management and leadership, ensuring all supply chain development projects meet the required quality standards, are implemented on time and within budget.
- Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.
- Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders and staff.
- Provide leadership and support for the continuous improvement programs within the ANZ Business.
- Strong previous working knowledge of end to end supply chain operations and supporting processes and systems (6-8 years relevant experience).

- MedTech industry experience.
- Process re-engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of project management.
- Lean Continuous Improvement skills and/or relevant industry certification.
- High level Project Management skills and experience leading cross functional projects in a highly matrixed organisation.

Relevant Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary education (e.g. Bachelor level degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or similar).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification or similar qualification.
