We have an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our progressive team based in our Lidcombe office.

In this role you will be responsible for providing direct & practical support services to both the National and Local Operations Teams and other business stakeholders. Core areas of the role focus on coordinating, maintaining and our stock inventory platforms and working with the Operational teams to support both project and personal progression and development.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide branch system support for all aspects of inventory & procurement management including training, problem resolution and best practice development
- Provide support as required to ensure the smooth operation and implementation of current projects
- Monitor the Purchase Order Approval queue, ensuring that the Global Approval Hierarchy is adhered to
- Facilitate branch communications regarding new Items, processes and stock take updates
- Coordinate and collate branch stock take reports to review with Senior Management

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office/ Excel and Google
- A proactive approach to solving problems
- A genuine desire to assist and be part of a successful operation
