Our Fintech team is the heart of payments technology for Coles. We support Coles brands in connecting with customers and our focus is on delivering high quality payments services. We are proud of the fact Coles is one of Australia’s largest EFT transactional processing entities.
Our Fintech function is currently going through an exciting period of transformation, innovation and growth and as part of this growth we are constantly looking at ways to evolve the payments experience and deliver maximum value to the customer through our innovative technology initiatives.

**About the role**:
The Support and Incident Lead is a vital role in the production support space for Coles Payments Services.
You will manage the Support and Incident squad of technologists which will collaborate to deliver operational changes, tools and processes aligned with Coles technology objectives.

As part of this role, you will be leading a group of team members in the Production Support space, providing 24/7 support to Coles’ Payments Platforms (which service retail stores and partners operating 24/7)
Proven experience as a release and implementation lead with payments systems/platforms (or banking) background are greatly favoured.

**About you and your skills**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a production support and incident lead with 24/7 availability roster.
- Strong background and understanding of Financial compliance practices
- Understanding of
- EFT Payments and Postilion Platforms are strongly desired
- Terminal management and online/offline processing are strongly desired
- Project Management (waterfall and agile methodologies), Application and Technology Development Lifecycles is advantageous
- Internet Payment Gateway processing and support practices
- Extensive knowledge of Information and Data management, including data security and privacy policies
- Understanding of the theory and practice behind PCI-DSS, PII Security, ISO90001 and other related certifications
- Well versed in stakeholder management and the ability to clearly communicate technical challenges to a range of audiences
