**About the role**:
The Delivery Lead works closely with the Product Manager to align and deliver according to the product roadmap. Skilled in all aspects of delivery, including dependency management, risk and issue resolution, savvy with financials, enjoy working with complexity, experienced at managing multiple stakeholders and familiar with working as part of an agile team and looking for new opportunity to join the eCommerce team? **About you and your skills**:
You will be leading the delivery of digital initiatives aligned to the business strategy whilst leading a team through the entire delivery lifecycle, demonstrating the key values and behaviours of a successful Delivery Lead.

Your skills
- Have proven Project Management skills managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management and Integration.
- Excellent behavioural skills driving successful project management: senior stakeholder partnership, judgement, accountability, learning agility.
- Advanced understanding of agile values, principles, methods and techniques - at times coached teams and individuals outside of your team on how to leverage agile methods.
- 3+ years in project management roles
- Manage medium to large complexity digital projects greater than $2m
- Successfully managed projects ie. projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors), working with dispersed teams, cost and duration of project and considerable levels of change and uniqueness
- Has managed components of large-scale rollouts
