**About the role**:
The Delivery Lead will lead the delivery of digital initiatives aligned to the business strategy whilst leading a team through the entire delivery lifecycle, demonstrating the key values and behaviours of a successful Delivery Lead. This role is an important leadership role, not just in terms of providing direction and coaching in agile practices and disciplines but ensuring that the team is focused on achieving their delivery goals.

**About you and your skills**:
You will have strong experience in leading and managing complex projects and also will be a self-motivator and has good mentoring and team leadership skills. Also advanced understanding of agile values, principles, methods and techniques and also good project management experience.

Your skills
- 3+ years in project management or scrum master roles
- Manage medium to large complexity digital projects greater than $2m
- Successfully managed projects i.e., projects that involve multiple functional areas, multiple technologies, multiple external parties (including vendors), working with dispersed teams, cost and duration of project and considerable levels of change and uniqueness
- Has managed components of large-scale rollouts
