A rare opportunity as Instore Print Campaign Lead has arisen within our passionate and innovative Store Experience Marketing team.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Instore Communications Manager, you’ll be empowered to oversee the development and delivery of world class customer communications instore.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, brand & content team, creative studio, and our print suppliers to deliver great experiences and key brand messages to our instore customers. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, you will shape and activate a breadth of campaigns, from Xmas to Continuity programmes.

**You’ll also**:

- Support the activation of the Coles Customer Calendar and Brand Platforms
- Coordinate and communicate all instore marketing activity
- Maintain instore marketing communications content
- Effectively engage key stakeholders and external print partners and on-time and to budget
- Be responsible for budget management and reconciliation

**About you and your skills**:
With 3-5 years’ experience executing in-store print/pos marketing campaigns, you come from a retail marketing, BTL agency, or print company. You have a sound understanding and passion for the impact of instore marketing and hold experience in creative and production processes.

**You’ll also have**:

- Exceptional project management skills
- Amazing organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Intermediates excel skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Demonstrated knowledge of print / POS stocks and materials
