We are currently looking for Japanese-Speaking Business Support Coordinator for our client that is a global company in Melbourne. This role supports the overall educational strategy for staff members and workplace activities for interns, students and alumni. This is a fantastic permanent full time opportunity with attractive salary package with bonus and lots of company benefits.

Please note, to be successful you **Must be an English/Japanese language bilingual **and** hold Full-Working Rights in Australia **(Permanent Resident Visa, Citizen, Partner Visa, Post Graduate Visa, etc)

**About the role**:

- Arrange interview panels, interview locations, and interview packages in addition to overseeing and facilitating the final selection interviews.
- Plan travel-related activities, including flights, lodging, insurance, and pre-departure packets.
- Create and manage a schedule of tours while keeping in touch with travel agencies, and other outside organisation that support the initiative.
- Overseeing and guiding each tour activity.
- Plan and oversee the dinner and pre-departure orientation.
- Finish your post-tour duties, which include sharing the student reports, gathering photos, creating an expense report, reporting on the safe return, and sending notes or letters of appreciation.
- To execute the program, coordinate with local office, and the participating academic institutions and students.
- Schedule program dates that are suitable for all parties.
- Coordinate events for alumni.

**About you**:

- Due to the nature of job, you must be Japanese and English bilingual speaker
- Experience of living in Japan for work or study
- Understanding Japanese business culture is a bonus
- Experience within tour company, study tour guide, tour desk, education institutions (University, language centre etc), general guide etc are advantage but not necessary
- Administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to travel to Japan
