Our client is a reputed Japanese MNC enterprise and provides diversified trading, investment, and services. They are currently seeking for a Financial Accountant to join in their Melbourne office team.

**About the role**
- Liaising with customers and supplier in relation to enquiries, business agreements, delivery, and invoice.
- Maintaining and administrating contracts
- Issuing invoice and shipping documentation
- Controlling deliveries of goods.
- Processing account payable and collecting debt
- Performing general administrative duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, International Trade or related field
- 2 years' experience or above in a similar role
- Experience and understanding of SAP system is preferred.
- Willing to learn and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of employees and contact.
- Japanese speaking skill or other Asian language skills will be an advantage
- Can priorities work, meet deadline and can work under pressure
