
Act Regional Manager

The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and to facilitate this growth we have created a new position of ACT Regional Manager working across our Fyshwick & Mitchell offices You will be joining a national team of 110+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You and your team of clinicians will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:
- Direct management of 2-3 OT Team Leaders
- Supporting your Team Leaders with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases
- Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists, to provide support and training
- Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
- Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services). These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs, with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialisation. Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered, with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.

**A few requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- 5+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A vehicle and driver's licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
