**About the Opportunity**

WesTrac is seeking an established leader for the position of Regional Manager - Eastern NSW & ACT.

This key leadership role will see the successful applicant steering the strategic direction of multiple sites within their remit and providing leadership to a medium sized team of Branch Managers in the Eastern NSW & ACT region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promoting and delivering a strong culture built on engagement and safety
- Execution of business strategy within your portfolio of branches
- Engagement with key internal stakeholders and customers to increase customer experience and deliver improved value propositions to the market
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business
- Delivering positive financial results for the cost centres you oversee

**Skills & Experience**
- A strategic minded and results driven individual, with experience in managing large and diverse teams in a senior operational role
- A strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing / civil or resource sector is desirable
- Well-developed business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships
- A strong leadership background, accompanied by advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven skills in Lean or Six Sigma, that have delivered efficiencies throughout a business unit
- Proven ability to implement and execute strategy
- Experience managing a profit and loss, performing forecasting and data analysis
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business or engineering
