**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a CCM Developer aka Analyst Programmer (Marketing) in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will:

- Designing and building correspondence solutions using Quadient Inspire whilst delivering functionality with appropriate concern for ongoing operation, maintainability, scalability, performance, and consistency of design.
- Adhering to developer quality processes (e.g., code and design reviews, unit test practices, change processes) ensuring high levels of code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborating with team members (i.e., Customer Engagement Delivery Lead, Analyst Programmers, Analysts and Test Analysts), and business representatives to effectively deliver and support solutions.
- From time to time acting in a secondary team role such as Customer Experience Analyst, Test Analyst or Delivery Lead when there is an overflow of demand for these roles.
- Following Australian Retirement Trust’s quality assurance processes for managing change during the software development lifecycle.
- Adhering to the team’s Agile Way of Working.

This role is available as a **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne** office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- A minimum five (5) years’ experience using Customer Communications Management tools incorporating template authoring, recognition of common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity provided by software such as GMC/Quadient Inspire, Thunderhead or OpenText Exstream.
- Java programming experience.
- Ability to analyse requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
- Tertiary level of education in Information Technology discipline.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments with mínimal supervision.
