**The role**:
As an Analyst Programmer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of existing & bespoke software, integration, and reports.

We will also look to you to provide continued improvements in quality and performance of the various services.

Another important part of the role will be to analyse the opportunity to implement new software/functionality to consistently drive best in class service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of company systems.
- Provide analysis and advice about new projects/software or functionality and technology that will improve service delivery
- Write, test, and maintain code
- Resolve user queries and system issues via the open incidents system
- Utilise best practice programming, testing and delivery techniques
- Develop and test reports and data integrations using nominated tools and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong knowledge and experience coding with C# &.Net Framework
- Excellent working knowledge with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer service with a collaborative focus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
