**As Receptionist and Office Administrator, you will be**:
- Welcoming and assisting students, staff, and visitors on-site at reception and over the phone.
- Providing administrative support to the Campus Director (WA) and the Corporate Administration team.
- Coordinating campus events and providing event-day support.
- Assisting with basic financial processes and tenant administration.
- Supporting the efficient management of campus facilities.
- This role is **permanent** **part-time, 30.4 hours/week (4 days/week)**.
- Remuneration: $65,084/year pro-rated to **$52,067/year (excl. Super)**.
**Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter)**:
- Current First Aid Certification (or willing to undertake training).
- Previous experience in reception, concierge, or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with quick learning ability; confident using Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
- Highly organised and able to remain poised under pressure.
- Strong team player yet can work independently.
- Involvement in a local evangelical church and demonstrated Christian character.
**Desirable Attributes**:
- Experience in Christian Higher Education context.
- Experience in administration and event management.
- Experience in basic financial processes.
- Experience maintaining websites and social media platforms.
- Project management skills and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal hours on occasion where required.
