StretchLab Darlinghurst is seeking a Receptionist, Bookings, membership consultant ( rentions, member account queries) for our relaunch studio that will be located in Darlinghurst.

Potential to also work at Gladesville Studio for more hours.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.

Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, Remedial massage and more - and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s training ensures that client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab Australia currently has 20 locations signed up and 8 Studios open in Sydney immediate plans for further expansion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet members and welcome them to the studio
- Assist with member check-in and introducing them to their flexologist
- Have a thorough understanding of the brand, the stretching techniques and the StretchLab policies and safety rules, brand training will be provided
- General cleaning of the studio
- General studio upkeep duties including bringing towels to laundry and collect, folding towels, cleaning of any benches and equipment so that is is available for client use at any given time
- Administer Member calls, share our offer( light sales), member queries on bookings, account management, invoices and potentially retention & sales with bonus.
- Implement, assist and/or manage grassroots marketing initiatives, creating noise with local businesses and manage studio social accounts.
- Develop a strong understanding of the studio management and booking system
- Managing prospects and members through ClubReady
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Experience:

- A love of the boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills that exudes empathy
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

**Job Types**: Casual, Internship, Graduate

**Salary**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
