We provide personalized guidance and support to young individuals, helping them achieve success in their personal and academic lives through the power of mentorship.

Position: Youth Mentor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions tailored to youth needs.
- Develop personalized action plans to help mentees achieve their goals.
- Offer guidance, support, and accountability.
- Maintain records of mentee progress.
- Communicate with parents/guardians for updates.

Qualifications:

- Experience in youth mentoring or coaching (Not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire youth.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Youth work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
