What your typical day looks like:
As a Mid-weight Motion Graphics Designer with a passion for video editing, your typical day will involve collaborating closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life. You'll work on a variety of projects, from stadium graphics to compelling pitch videos, ensuring that each piece of content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience. Your role will encompass motion design, video editing, and creative ideation, requiring a high level of autonomy and attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to work on short and long-term projects, contributing your creative flair to push content to the next level.

Other Responsibilities:

- Translate creative briefs into visually captivating content, incorporating motion graphics and video editing techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative concepts.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continually refining your skills.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Digital Designer with the following qualifications and attributes:

- Exceptional skills in motion design, with a primary focus on After Effects.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong video editing skills, capable of bringing storyboards to life with content and graphics.
- Creativity and confidence in the ideation process, with the ability to push boundaries.
- Experience working with brands and understanding commercial design best practices.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop appropriate creative approaches.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and able to work effectively in a team.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Bonus skills include proficiency in 3D animation programs such as Cinema 4D or Blender, experience with character animation, and knowledge of VFX and green screen techniques.

The role is overseen by our Studio Manager who has years of experience in this unique space. We work with sporting clubs, leagues, and brands across multiple sporting codes across Australia, primarily the AFL and Cricket Australia. Training will be provided for working with stadium requirements as well as additional requirements for various sporting codes.
