Pikcha is searching for a Digital Designer to join our team and help us in developing our global marketplace, that provides infrastructure for artists to sell their digital art and NFT's. Your role will be to develop and execute ideas through compelling visual communications for marketing collateral.

**Whom we’re looking for**:

- A digital graphic designer who’s passionate about creating a beautifully simple and effective design.
- You’ll work alongside our Head of Growth & Creative Lead to develop a variety of creative assets, including social content, EDMs, images for blogs, and digital advertising.

**Your skillset**:

- You’re a bit of an all-rounder, with a solid understanding of file formats and management, and can execute a cohesive suite of assets for campaigns with multiple touchpoints.
- You can pivot quickly and thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced start-up environment.

**Key requirements**:

- 3+ years working in either an agency or in-house role
- Experience and confidence in digital design
- A standout portfolio showcasing your strong understanding and experience in digital design (Social content, EDM’s, digital advertising, presentations etc)
- Highly proficient with Photoshop, Adobe CS, Sketch, Zeplin, Figma
- Experience working in a CMS, designing landing pages, and building EDM’s will be highly regarded
- Passionate about and up-to-date on the latest design trends, particularly in the digital, tech, and social media space
- Bonus points: Illustration, knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) are favourable but not vital.

**Salary**: $56,531.58 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
