Join us in your 6 month contract Digital Designer role within our established in-house digital team.

You will be working on MMSG’s brands including Maxxia, Remserv plus an array of other brands that fall under the MMSG umbrella.

In your Digital Designer role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and building creative, user-friendly experiences that drive users to our channels and products.

You have a sound understanding of digital design/web technologies, a keen eye for typography and visual design. Your creative ability will set our digital campaigns apart from our competitors.

You will deliver a range of visual content for social media, eDMs, campaign videos, branding executions, landing pages, UI content and more. You will take clear written/verbal briefs to implement responsive design for both mobile and desktop.

As a creative and self-motivated individual, you will have the drive and passion to learn, and constantly strive to update your skills with emerging technologies. The wider marketing team frequently collaborates, so you will aspire to actively participate in creating new ideas and better ways of working.

In a fast-paced, challenging, yet fun work environment, you’ll manage your tasks and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

The role:

- Collaborate with the wider marketing team as creative problem-solver
- Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products
- Design and produce eDMs across a wide range of campaigns in line with briefs
- Collaborate with the team to produce high quality and engaging social and HTML5 advertisements, as well as social content post visuals (both static and animated)
- Conduct web page front end testings (advantageous but not essential)
- Analyse campaign results and data to seek out areas of improvements
- Collaborate with UX team on digital style guide to ensure brand message and creative assets are aligned
- Presents ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders
- Share knowledge to increase awareness of digital design best practice within the digital team
- Conduct design reviews on existing assets and recommend optimised experience
- Manage/update tasks and priorities to ensure deadlines are met

You will bring
- Experience in digital design
- Sound knowledge in key systems and languages such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, HTML coding and CSS
- Experience with video editing and animation (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience with a Content Management System
- A solid understanding of digital design best practices for eDMs, landing pages, websites, and social media platforms
