About Balmoral State High SchoolBalmoral State High School was established in 1958. Through our core values, we instil a sense of responsibility, promote independence, and encourage self-discipline, empowering our students to achieve their full potential.About the RoleThis role will primarily be assisting with Accounts Payable. The role may include (but not limited to):
- Entering requisitions, ensuring Department of Education procurement procedures have been followed
- Processing purchase orders and invoices and charge accounts into the OneSchool system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reconcile corporate cards
- Confirm goods received and record accurately in OneSchool
- Ensure that all accounts are paid and recovered in a timely and accurate manner and provide advice on financial matters.
- Assets disposal and creation
- Homestay Payments
- Supplier ID requests
- Knowledge of OneSchool Accounts Payable;
- Knowledge of DoE financial policies and procedures;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and initiative;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
