
Administration Assistant

As the Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for the effective project coordination of allocated jobs to provide best practice service delivery for the O’Brien Group Services.

**What you will be doing**:
- Liaise with Technicians to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate job status to all participants
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Create and maintain comprehensive job documentation, plans and reports
- Work with both Team Leader & Technical Nominees to eliminate blockers
- Monitor jobs progress and handle any issues that arise
**About you**:
- Must have clear Communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy skills - must have experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Have the resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong B2B and teamwork skills
