We are seeking a skilled Administration Support Officer to provide a range of effective and high-quality administrative functions, to support the running of the Professional Standards & Behaviours Department.
About the role
This is a 12 month fixed term position reporting to the Executive Assistant. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide high level administrative support to the Professional Standards and Behaviours Department including filing, records management, mail collection/distribution, expenses administration, maintenance of routine databases and reports, assist with preparing presentations and effective document management.
- Provide support with Department procurement, invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide secretarial support at meetings, including preparation of agenda items and supporting documentation, and recording, preparing and distributing minutes.

About you

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Relevant diploma or degree with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing secretarial/administrative support within a large organisation or department.
- Attention to detail, showing concern for all aspects of the job and use of appropriate checking processes.
- Ability to actively participate as a member of a team and assist others to achieve work goals.
- Ability to operate under pressure & work effectively within tight timelines.

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including a Police Check.
This position is graded at AV2 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
